Never enter a review but this was needed. Took my 2021 Explorer into service for a service light issue. Decided at the same time to have a recall on the block heater done. Called to make an appointment and spoke to Mark. He was fantastic and genuinely cared about my issue. Gave me his undivided attention. I explained to him I used to go to a different dealer for service and was not happy with them. He made me feel comfortable and I was convinced he was doing his best for me. Then came the day to bring the vehicle in. Was immediately approached and greeted by Justin, not like the other dealership where I stood around trying to get someones attention. Justin has customer service skills that exceed way beyond what is expected. He even tried to solve my problem before it ever got to the technician. I had to wait for my rental car and enjoyed a delicious quality cup of coffee while sitting in a comfortable chair in a spotless clean waiting area. The repairs all went as planned with no suprises and the vehicle was ready the next day. Even when paying my deductable the staff there was smiling and cheerful. It appeared all the staff was happy to be there. They all made me feel like my business was important to them . Good customer service is hard to see lately and these people should train others. A truly good experience from start to finish.
