Had a great experience at Ken Knapp Ford and Chris was awesome to deal with

It was time to replace my 2012 Ford Fusion, and we wanted a newer Ford Escape with low kilometres. Ken Knapp had the best selection and good pricing. I ended up with a 2022 Ford Escape SE (not the one in Rob's Facebook video which got me there in the first place, but one with much lower kilometres). Great car, I love it! Thanks Rob Gaunt

Just bought a used car and had a muffler issue 2 weeks in. They fix everything quick and everyone was great to deal with especially their newer hire Curtis in the service shop. Guy was great and knew his stuff!! 100% will bring my truck back to Curtis.

Ken Knapp Ford is genuinely the best dealership I've ever dealt with. They take care of their customers and stand by their customers even when warranty companies dont want to hold up to their commitment. Ken Knapp ford made sure everything was honoured and kept me updated throughout the entire process in detail. They are the only people I will bring my car to, regardless of if it's just a simple oil change or something more major. I'm always happy when I leave there. They explain things very clearly and make sure you understand exactly what's going on with your vehicle, and they are quick with solutions, and are extremely honest regarding pricing and even about what services are needed. I have absolutely zero complaints about them. If you purchase your vehicle from them, and/or go to them for service on your vehicles, you wont be disappointed with the level of professionalism and quality work they provide.

As always, a great friendly staff and a great comfortable lounge.
